All the Mods they give you some good leads. If you still have problem, load the factory file but via Null cable (no SD card)and after that load the last good file and wait to roll. The new files take up to 10 sec. to roll. Ok? Good luck.

i guess the best thing to do is what Gugi47 says is do a factory default and throw a factory file into it. i have 3 ultras up and running as of now with no problems autorolling on their own.

hopefully your not dealing with that clone stuff. a thing to try if so is some ultra clone fixes files or how to check for a clone and maybe you can get it going again.

but not enough info to know if it is a clone or not from what ur saying

do you have the newer ultra with the new (samsung i think) tuner??

there are a lot of mixed postings out there about ultra being up and down and maybe because of that. there was a post not long ago about needing 2 different files cause of the different tuners out there. some with Charlie up and others with B3v up

maybe just one of the many glitches that could come from rushing out files.
