i am not actually sure how to check the difference as of now. it doesnt change the fact that your tv is down, just gives a reason why yours is down while others are up. i believe yours is the old tuner cause my dad's i believe was a new tuner and his is up right now

seeming like old tuner is getting b3v and new tuner is getting charlie

i'm only geting charlie . & only geting locals / no ppvs ,vod or internationals can't seem to get the box to pick up any ting other than that. i tried the new factory file , the new bin and nothing seems to work any help would ease my mind and frustation

Did you use the usb or null modem to load bin? Some have had problems with bad memory stick. Even though screen says the file loaded, the receiver may never have loaded the new bin file. Check your system information and confirm that the latest bin file is actually in receiver.
