Hi everyone. I'm new to all of this & feeling really stupid. I'm trying to find answers & not having much luck. I don't know what the terms mean & therefore, don't know how to ask questions ... yes, I'm a girl and, no, I'm not blonde! Please be gentle with me!

WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN!? i have 2 coolsat6100 receivers hooked up to 1 dish. i can load the new fix on 1 receiver but not the other. and, some channels there is no information listed. oh, help me please.
