Well this is the first time I have written anything on here, I am from Sacramento, Ca. I have a coolsat 5000 and as of now have yet to get it to work, I have the 177 download and it still doesn't work, but anyway being new and not sure what I am doing is sorta a drag, but I guess I have to learn where to look or who to talk to. I appreciate any information you could give me in this matter, or maybe the coolsat has just been down for a month, I have no idea. well take care and thanks for being here.

just posted 178 for ya. give that one a shot, and yeah coolsat is not the best at their support. if you wanna have better tv then there are many other better support receivers out there for a reasonable price.
