I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes mabe you can help me I ;ve been to 5 sites and no one will respond back to me. I have a nfusion and cannot program it. I have the loader 131 and everytime I try to download the boot or anything else I get a pop up saying to reboot the stb whatever that is I'm just a dumb blonde then I go to click it off I get a white box up and it freezes up my computer so I have to unpug it to close it down. Help me please I've had this problem for 2 days and no one will tell me what to do I'm lost I hate to spend $ 200 for a box I canot use. I still have a coolsat 5000 the new bin is ok 119 going in and out and still no bev. I want this nfusion up and running so I can watch passions on bev monday its been a while since I've seen it thanks. I hope you can help me.

do you have your box off first when you go to load the file.I pretty sure you have to have your box off then load the file with your loader then trun your box on..Thats how i have to load my captain and my buddy has to load his sonicview.and viewsats..Hope this helps....

I did all of that and still nothing it keeps freezing up and I have to unplug my computer. This is getting to be a pain in the you know what. What do I need to do I get the same thing with the old loader too. Help me please!

did you try to load the factory file frst hun??? did you have this box working already or is it brand new.

I cannot open up the files you sent me and I cannot open up your step by step set for newbies ny computer won't let me. I'm a dummy when it comes to the computer. Help Coolsat i had no problem but they got crappy and no bev.I wan to see passions tommorrow help

I got the win ra read what ya'll posted I did that and the same thing I cannot download the box what is going on do I have a bad box or what. Is there a phone # I can call to talk to someone I'm getting really tired of typing for 2 days with this problem and no one can help me. I would rather talk to someone instead of typing and waiting I only have a few days to return the box I need to know if it is the box my computer or the loader before i lose $200 on a box I cannot use.
