Dont give up. its a little diff than loading coolsat what ever you do dont
unplug box once it started i learned the hard way first hook it up to t.v.go to system settings
click on software
check your boot version if boot 130 .you just need to load main latest file 142 in main load
also check your cables when i got mine they sent two cables 1 crossover -1straight thru
you need the crossover-null should be written on it.

ok...i'll try to get you through this. do you know if you are using a null serial cable or a straight thru serial cable to connect from your computer to your receiver?? sorry i didnt see page 2

Help still cannot download my box
Its been 2 days trying to get any program into my box all I get is a white screen and frezzes up my computer I used loader 131 and 1.0 the same thing please tell what I'm doing wrong I've read all the set up and did that and still nothing help me please. Thanks

what does the white screen say? or is it blank when it freezes your computer?

is the loader the blank screen or is the computer putting up it's own black screen?? or do you know?? and does it happen after the bin is loaded or during or when u start loading??
